A couple of weeks ago I met Evelin & Sean at their home to document the glowyness (yes this is a word thank you very much!) of Evelin as she counts down the arrival of sweet baby A! I was a little bit nervous, because it had been awhile since I'd done a maternity session, but I knew I'd have to get back into practice because quite of few of my brides from last year are expecting little bundles!
The moment I met Evelin I knew that there was no need for nervousness as she has the warmest and most genuine smile of anyone I've met. Almost instantly we were joking around and having an awesome time....I love sessions like this one...fun and casual!
Here's a few of my favorites! I can't wait to see you guys again to meet the sweet bambino!

Last month on a Friday evening, I photographed Michelle & Trey's intimate outdoor wedding at The Courtyard on St. James Place. Their wedding was day was filled with love from their families, comedic support of their friends, and the fabulousness of Michelle & Trey (and me of course!). All the perfect ingredients for a great wedding day....
Here's a few of my favorites...although consider yourself warned there may be more than just a few.....

Their ceremony was so sweet!

During the toast, the best man couldn't read his handwriting...

My relationship has truly been like a whirlwind affair! One day in the very recent past I received an SOS call from Meghan's mom, because Meghan & Ian were due to be married in less than a month, but they were having some photographer "issues", and they wanted to know if I could shoot their wedding, engagements, and bridals all in less than a month...actually it was more like 2 weeks!
Well anyone that knows me knows that I love a challenge and I was like sure, bring it on! I could not be happier that I accepted the challenge! I seriously adore Meghan & Ian, they are fun and quirky couple whom are madly & deeply in love with each other and they also have a true fire in their belly for God and it's always great to meet people that not only know who they are, but as my grandmother would say "whose" they are also.
Here's a few snaps from Meghan & Ian's Engagement Session & Meghan's bridal session. Stay tuned for some fun wedding pics!

A little over a month ago I had the pleasure of photographing Kimberly & Daniel's wedding. Kim and Daniel have probably been one of my most low keyed couples to date. Daniel is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University and Kimberly will be a student teacher in the fall in Sugar Land. I wish them the best as they begin their lives together!
Here's a few from their beautiful wedding....
The bride's ensemble...

Kim & Daniel had a really cool vintage car take them from the ceremony to the reception
While racing from the ceremony to the reception at the Houstonian Golf Club in Richmond, I noticed the beautiful sunset and knew that I had to get just one shot of it....
Reception Details
First Dance
P-A-R-T-Y...A fun fact about the reception is that Kimberly's family is from Peru and it was so cool how they incorporated the Latin vibe into the reception! It was so much fun!

There were LOTS of AGGIES at the wedding....

Thanks for having me as a part of your day and I hope you had a great time in Mexico!!!

A few weeks ago I met the adorable Kim at her home in Sugar Land for her bridal session. We had lots of plans for the session and lots of ideas and thoughts on where we could go, but mother nature was not cooperating with our plans.
Within 15 minutes of me arriving the skies opened up and the monsoon ensued! So we were forced to make due and shoot the majority of the session inside...good thing Kim's family home is so fabulous!
Here's few bridals!

There are a few weddings waiting to be blogged with Kim's Wedding being one of them...stay tuned!

Lauren is one of those clients that just does not feel like a client she seems like a friend. She's funny, smart, an awesome mom to Riley, and now she's a wife to her awesome and slightly crazy husband Shea. And not only is she an amazingly nice and wonderful person, she's also stunningly beautiful!
Here's a few of my faves from her bridal session from a few weeks ago!

Meet Kim & Daniel. I met Kim & Daniel at Kim's family home for their engagement session. Our original plan was to begin the shoot in her backyard (as her mom had completely redone the yard with her engagement photos in mind), and to then move on to other locations. Unfortunately the weather different plans for us and we were not able to go on to any other locations....thank goodness her yard is so fabulous!
